The Beach Studios is the creation of husband and wife team, Atlanta Bartlett and Dave Coote. Having each successfully worked in the magazine, photography and design industries for the last 25 years, this prolific couple have been producing books, interiors, furniture, products, sets, magazines features and cabins, both together and individually, that have been highly sought after by those “in the know”. Their combined client list ranges from Laura Ashley, John Lewis and Habitat to Elle Deco, Living etc and Red magazine. Together they have been finding locations for the film and photographic industries since 1998. Starting out with the highly successful and ground-breaking Sawmills Studios, set in a disused metal-plating factory on the banks of the

River Wandle in Wandsworth, it blurred the boundary between photographic studio and house location that was part of a new wave of white, bright, domestic-style photographic locations. From there they went on to launch the Beach Studios, one of the first new wave photographic locations agencies dedicated to representing all the stylish house locations that were popping up all over London at the time. 19 years on and The Beach Studios is still going strong finding locations for this niche market. Always priding themselves on providing a friendly, personal service, Atlanta and Dave have purposefully kept The Beach Studios small and exclusive. Now with the latest relaunch of their website they want to expand on this idea to offer a more individual, boutique

style agency of hand-picked locations that really appeals to them and their clients. Since moving down to the South Coast in 2005 with their family so set up the Beach Studios HQ at Foster House, they have become something of a specialist in the Kent/East Sussex area adding to their core collection of London locations and this is something that they are very passionate about developing further.
